Q. How do I order a logo?
A. Easy – find the number of the logo you want, and enter it along with the logo's category on the order form. Then submit the form with your personalized information. Once we receive your request, we'll send you a confirmation email with an invoice and a preview of your custom logo. Then submit your payment via PayPal and we'll send you your logo files..

Q. I don’t have a PayPal account – can I still order?
A. Sure – you don’t have to have an account to pay via PayPal. Just enter your credit card information and we’ll receive notification of your payment.

Q. What formats can I receive my logo files in?
A. You’ll automatically receive your logos in a .png, .psd and .pdf files. These formats should give you the flexibility you need to print on a variety of products. If you need another format (vector, for example), just include that with the special instructions..

Q. How much do these cost?
A. Each logo shown is a flat fee of $25. This includes the customization with your names, dates, etc as well as the file formats listed above.

Q. What size of logo will I receive?
A. The logo is 3 inches x 3 inches with a high resolution of 300 dpi. If you need a different size, please indicate that on the special instruction box.

Q. We’re getting married in Vegas, our color theme is purple and green and we have daisies for our flowers. Can you help?
A. Absolutely! Just send the details of what you’re looking for in the “custom logo” page and we’ll work up designs for you. Custom designs start at $50.00. Depending on the intracacy of the work, additional charges may be required. We’ll be sure and let you know before we start any work.

Q. What types of items can I print our wedding logo on?
A. There are virtually endless possibilities to personalize items with you wedding logo. The standard items include stationery, cards, postcards, table cards, etc. See our Creative Corner page for ideas!

Q. I really like one of your logos, but I would like the location and date of my wedding included. Is this possible?
Definitely - these elements can be added or removed, depending on your preference.

Q. I’d like my logo to match the peach buff in my invites – can you help?
A. Sure! Send us the pantone color (you can find a list here) and we can accomodate.

Q. My printer says they need a “Vector” Format – do you have that available?
A. Yes, we do.

Q. I’d like a .jpg logo that is 5 inches by 5 inches. Can you create that size?
A. Yes! Our standard size is 3 inches by 3 inches. However, we can always resize before we send if you have specific dimensions in mind.

Q. My sister-in-law to be said she would create the logo but now she has skipped town. I need the logo in 12 hours –what can you do?
A. Email us – we’ll see if we can help. No promises.

Q. Whose initial comes first in a monogram?
A. The bride's – as it should be!

Q. Can I use our wedding monogram before the wedding?
A. Miss Manners says “No” ... but we say go for it. It’s your wedding and you can do as you please.

Q. What if I am keeping my last name? Can we incorporate that?
A. Sure – not a problem. We’ll work with you to make it work for you.
